Safety and Maintenance Your Body

There was once a promising young student who got his first car of his 21st birthday. His mother turned the key and a few words of warning:

"Do not drink and drive. Fill it with premium gas and do not forget the oil for the 3000 km."

Nothing unusual, just basic vehicle safety and maintenance. Radiation exposure, the young man replied:

"Of course, mine. Do not panic."

For most, it was easy. The car ran like a dream and he went around the whole time. The brakes and suspension are super tight. It does not cost much money to get the car working well, especially as the regular gasoline was much cheaper than the premium and there is no drop in performance.

He noted the odometer to zero at 66,000 km and then back to the 70,000 mark a few months later, but his thoughts focused on how all zeros cool air. In general, life was strong enough to blow up the young man and his car.

Until not.

The first symptoms were hardly noticed: An occasional delay start the engine, a sudden flashback here and there into a grinding wheezing in the chassis, which has finally joined forces with a vibration shudder when he braked hard. But after the heat on the road, the car was a bit like he always was.

Until he does not have.

The end came quickly cold morning. The young man jumped in his car and turned the key. Nothing happened. He turned again. He pumped the accelerator and turn the key in a mad panic.

No sparks. Nr. life. Nothing.

In retrospect it was not to blame but themselves. His mother gave him good advice. His car has let him know early that things were bad. It was granted without experience, but there is no excuse for ignoring the obvious.

Why the young man did nothing, when he had every opportunity to solve problems before they become long-elusive is the core of the matter. As for the young man, he moved to New York and to the advance of the mass.

You can not just away from a health problem, at least not for all time. Your body has the resources to help you pay when you long enough to ignore.

Things do not usually start this way. Back on the pizzas, burgers and cupcakes bagels with cream cheese and butter are your friends that you do not worry about your health. You can drink beer after beer, tequila by several shots, puff on cigarettes, a few bong hits and little sleep with little or no effect.

Then, slowly, unwittingly, these foods cause a negative reaction. Now, the same part of pizza and beer, such as bronze documents in your stomach. Your knees and elbows and pop Grind seated or standing, while red meat is easy, and then again in a bad acid reflux broth.

Toxaemia (symptomatic disease) in a decade affect your daily life. But the funny thing is that most people are willing and able to slow the death of their health, citing the "natural aging process" or a "bad genes" that is the reason why they can not sleep or take a shit.

Misery is always a house of the company and commiserating about the "good old days" to have a decent PEP in your step is something that we like to do. There is a degree of comfort in knowing that all the world feel just as terrible as you.

Unfortunately, the smile disappears when someone gets cancer, type II diabetes, Candida albicans, Lyme or gallbladder. Once our various symptoms together in a terrible diagnosis, a disease with a known name, a pity party to a screeching halt.

It was at this time to take steps to improve the state of our health is the most logical, natural thing to do. But why should we wait until the situation before taking action?

Because the pressure, too tired or too afraid of the situation just toxaemia free rein over your body to speed up a life in danger or disease.

If you like people, you deserve a good health. Period. You do not need anyone permission (other than your own) to make.
