The use of negative Calorie Foods as part of your diet

Negative calorie foods are really bad. It is not possible for a food that you eat a negative calorie food count, it's just impossible. What people really mean when they ask for something negative is that the food calories you burned more calories to eat food that you give. So on balance, you have "eaten" a negative number of calories, because you've eaten, say, 20 calories and used, for example, eating 30 calories. Net result: 10 negative calories eaten.

What foods have negative calories food? Are all the boring food you do not want to eat anyway?

There was once a promising young student who got his first car of his 21st birthday. His mother turned the key and a few words of warning:
